Tarik Alnabulsi has over 25 years of a successful career in business development and as a CEO of companies in different industries in Saudi Arabia, turning around the company from loss to profit and to an industry leader. He leads a regional business advisory firm providing strategic planning and wealth management services. He holds various Board Membership roles in notable family-owned conglomerates in the Middle East region. He is passionate about empowering the underprivileged through education. He is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Client Relationship and Customer Service Teams: Tarik manages Bdar Center’s client relations and customer service activities. He ensures the satisfaction of clients from program inception, during implementation, and up to its close delivering only high touch and professional customer service throughout.

Anthony Rouhana is a passionate entrepreneur with a solid strategy and management background. He endeavors to bring Bdar clients the right solutions that support the development of their workforce and the long-term growth of their business.
Anthony was a shareholder within the Hitti group of companies which consists of 9 major companies worth over half a billion dollars. In 2016, he sold his shares and moved to Lebanon and opened a hard access cleaning company in Lebanon named PCS- Professional cleaning solutions. Its main service is cleaning skyscrapers and business towers from the outside. He also partnered in the startup of an eco-village in the mountains where he currently resides. He pursues various side investments.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Anthony was heavily involved in his family’s business in Ghana, West Africa. He was the General Manager of one of the companies, a foam manufacturing company (Ashfoam), serving a workforce of 3000 employees. He was also engaged in other family business manufacturing industries such as plastic packaging on a large scale and more.
He studied International Business at Richmond University and pursued a Master of Science in International Business at London South Bank Univerity in 2004-2006. Anthony is fluent in Arabic, English and French language.
Anthony is British and of Lebanese origins.
Leah ZveglichChief Executive Officer
Leah Zveglich is a serial entrepreneur who started her own company at age 20. She is a multi-awarded CEO who had been recognized by the White House, Young Entrepreneurs Association and other organizations for her outstanding achievements in business. She led a global training and coaching company for 10 years working with local companies, multinational corporations, and international organizations which provided customized contents, training, and coaching for various topics. Leah also headed an international executive search company for 5 years successfully placing the right talents with the best employers. She has experience with incubators in Korea, Sri Lanka, USA and Singapore as a chief marketing officer, interim CEO, coach and mentor. Leah is a capacity building expert with international development organizations’ projects for government and NGOs. She’s been a social enterprise advocate since 1987. Leah is passionate about human capital development and empowering women and minority. She is based in Westport, Connecticut USA.
Chief Learning Officer
Rochelle Lacina is an experienced instructional designer who has developed learning solutions for multinational companies, international organizations and government-owned corporations. She actively managed content development projects collaborating with HR leaders and facilitators while leading a team of researchers for a global training company. When developing contents, she follows the behaviorist approach to learning ensuring interactivity of courses, maximum learning retention, and enhanced transfer to work. Rochelle also authored and oversaw the development of CoachEngage©, a coaching and mentoring management software. She is passionate about environmental stewardship and creating economic opportunities for the underprivileged. Two causes that she championed when she worked with Shell corporation’s foundation in the Philippines. She led the organization’s local information, education, and community campaigns during the Malampaya Natural Gas exploration and development. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) the USA.

Our Global Delivery Team
Our global project management and delivery teams comprised of a project coordinator and a pool of trainers and coaches. Bdar Center has over 100 subject matter trainers in its pool who are categorized into five levels of expertise, i.e. Associate Trainer, Trainer, Senior Trainer, Executive Trainer, and Master Trainer. All trainers are vetted based on Bdar Center’s criteria established to determine their level of expertise and capabilities. Bdar Center also has a pool of about 50 coaches who can support entry-level up to C-level executives. All coaches have either certificates or credentials from recognized coaching institutions and organizations.
